Virginity is an extremely private affair, but some celebrities are candid about the matter. Athlete Lori 'Lolo' Jones once claimed that keeping her vow of not having sex before marriage made it harder than ever when it came to training. Here's a look at other famous celebs who vowed to stay virgins till they get married.

29-year-old track and field star Lolo has yet to have sex because it's "a gift I want to give my husband," and despite her hardest efforts, she hasn't been able to find any contenders. Jones first announced she was a virgin on the social networking website Twitter.

I engaged one of the owners of a big school in Lagos recently in some questions and answer time…some very profound discussion and she told me the challenges schools are facing….It s deep. I don’t see the problem alone with schools but almost all organizations, corporations or establishments.

I sensed from her observations that no matter how much ‘Teachers’ are paid, the ‘issues’ lingers. I learnt that most of the private schools permits some privileges such as either subsidizing the Teachers’ children fees or at large some schools do not collect fees from Teachers’ kid! Wooow, that is!

Then I thought in my mind, this is not just Teachers. If teachers earn NGN80, 000 and they are allowed for instance ‘Free Education ‘of four pupils at the cost of 350,000 per pupil for instance, that totals NGN1, 400,000. That alone is WooW! The question in my mind is not to teachers’ children alone but all parents.

If my someone's net Salary is 2.4M (Million NGN) per annum for instance, such person is in trouble at that. It means every quarter the person must cough out 1.4M on four pupils. What manner of teachers that earns 60 – 80k per month can pay such fees?

There are some rooted fundamental problems with our system. Despite all, with the Educational subsidies open to the teachers, they still run about moving Jobs etc. they are not satisfied. It is either we all need some structural adjustment or some other adjustment. I spoke with a teacher and she told me she has 6 children and I screamed…’Gracious’. Where does your husband work, and she told me he is trying to set up a small business being out of his employment…. Wahala wa oooo!

What is wrong? Something is wrong somewhere. You cannot blame a school that has taken a huge loan from the bank to start or establish a school. What should be our worry is, if ‘Private schools can sustain per head cost of running their schools comfortably well with the huge Credit facilities and at the same time pay what teachers demand moderately so to speak….

And/or charge less on each pupil to accomodate parent's expectation of good and quality standards with the Huge Loan & interests slammed on the Loans. Or should there be special rates applicable to 'Schools' on Laons? What are the way forward?

The Public schools are no go area! One is alarmed at the bad states of structure, Teachers remuneration, which makes Teachers almost demanding for all sorts.... Hmmm. Serious problem worth pondering over...
