Rotary District #7360 Regional "4 Way Test" competition at Comfort Inn in Pinecroft this morning. Six young ladies from PA and WV gave great talks on a topic of their choosing that applies to the Rotary "4 Way Test": Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned? The winner will go on to Gettysburg, PA for the Rotary District Conference. I was NOT a judge; so happy I was NOT a judge as all the talks were outstanding!!

Sallie was present at the Battle of Gettysburg, where she stood guard over dead and wounded Union soldiers. Two years later, she was killed by a bullet at the battle at Hatcher’s Run. A monument to her was erected in Gettysburg, PA in front of the monument for her infantry.

In honor of Syrian Awareness Month, the Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies Dept. of Gettysburg College plans to host a benefit concert for Caravan Aid on April 24th from 7-9 pm in the campus’ ballroom. The concert will include live music provided by our talented conservatory. A silent auction sponsored by various clubs and groups on campus will also take place. The music line-up is TBA.
Gettysburg will also host a candlelit vigil on April 4th on the main campus to commemorate those who have lost their lives in this conflict.

Do we have a way of coming up with a roster in order to invite everyone to a reunion I have got a few great prices for a classy venue that has a hotel attached and to eat would be a bull roast. I am working on a way that the only thing people would have to pay for is they're room for the night, and travel there! I was thinking early Aug would give everyone advanced notice and give people that are deployed a chance to get home and situated...also if anyone doesnt have all the money needed to get to where its at that the local VA's Womens Auxiliary would have enough time to have a fund raiser too...

well I was suppose to have an upper GI done this morning at the Gettysburg PA hospital for the second time. They were to order some thing other then the barium since I can not use that per Dr H" talked to Dr T" and they agreed that she would indeed order some thing different well I get there get undressed and ready for the test just to find out they did not have what was to be ordered and wanted to use thin barium what the hell I was pissed. I vomit like crazy with barium so can not use it. I called and complained to the hospital I felt like they did not care about my health this morning I sure hope they clear up what a mess it was this morning. I will now go to Hanover hospital Friday to have the test done. My neighbor was with me and she also thought it was horrible
