Sharon has been a successful Grand Prix competitor for over 15 years. She has developed and trained several successful Grand Prix horses including her first Grand Prix horse Peter The Great she brought up through the levels and competed in many east cost CDIs. In 1999 they competed at the National Grand Prix Championship. In 2000 they were on the USET long list, and ranked 6th in the Nation with USDF. In 2010 Sharon and Juli Sherif were long listed for the World Freestyle. Correctly Sharon is ranked 3rd in the Nation for the developing horses PSG championship with her 8 y/o Dutch WB gelding Wrigley. As well as being an active trainer and competitor Sharon has coached a number of young riders and adult amateurs. Sharon owns and manages Souhegan Farm, a top training and sales facility in Ashby, Mass. She hosts clinics with top professionals and feels fortunate to have had the opportunity to train with some of the best trainers from U.S. and Europe. She feels strongly that a rider must continue to learn and stay open to new ideas. Come join us for a great day

Just walked past an advertising bill board for channel 4’s coverage of the grand nation. Picture of a dirty jokey with the strap line, the original extreme sport. Where the fuck does channel 4 get off with sponsoring and providing coverage of animal cruelty and murder? I always thought that was illegal. I wonder what their plans are to show dog fights and badger baiting? A better use of jockeys would be to put them in squirrel suits and throw them off a mountain.
