Been playing Minecraft a huge chunk of today and a couple of things I need to note.

1. Building a giant Creeper and filling it with TNT and then snackrificing it is very soothing
2. The computer version needs to be able to use a controller
3. The Ipad version needs redstone badly
4. Also maybe a snooze timer on game play to it is too easy to get lost in the mines

Today, I have some BIGBIGBIG announcements about the server!

First of all, I have a stable build of our server software for Minecraft 5.1! Woo! It will be updated within 24 hours of this post.

Secondly: PvP and Creative Mode weekends! Saturday nights will now be PvP, and Sunday nights will be Creative Mode.
**NOTE ABOUT CREATIVE**
As you may know, I do not like Creative Mode on the survival map. In fact, I hate it. I feel like it's the equivalent of hacking. My co-admin Aikochan and I have talked about it, and have decided to no longer allow creative mode on the regular world map. That's why Sunday is creative mode, and will have a respective map

Updates on PvP will come later this week.

Also, because of PvP, I am adding support for factions and ranking. It will be an incremental addition, and should be completed within 72-ish hours.

There's a big one now, so get ready.
AFK PROTECTION!!! There will be an AFK mode for players, who well... are away from keyboard. This will prevent them from getting damage, or hungry- as there is no way to prevent that (You'd think pausing the game would work... nope).

I'm working on borders and property protection as well.

So, what will borders do?
Borders will prevent players from entering a certain area, such as a spawn. I'm thinking of using this on the survival map to prevent people in one faction from stealing from another.

What do you mean by property protection?
Well... there's a few things I'm working on / thinking of:
1. Preventing players from modifying blocks.
2. Preventing players from entering house.
3. Allowing limited access to "plot" of land.

And a few extras:
1. GoodNight- if enough people tell the server "goodnight", the time will switch to day.
2. Auto streetlamps. Pretty self-explanatory.
3. You will be able to sit down.
