FQ:i would just like to vent & get opinions, i posted a little bit ago but some stuff has happened since than && its got my boyfriend & me very upset. we have 2 kids together. 2 yrs old and 8 months. (the 2 yr old is not biologically his but ive been with him since i was pregnant with her, thats her 'daddy') well he has 2 older kids that live with their mom in NJ (we moved to WV a yr ago) . they are 5 & 7. soon to be 6 & 8. she called this morning at 8am to tell my boyfrend that she is going to court to demand more $$$ for child support && to take his visitation away && make sure they are not allowed to come here in the summer. (now her & her bf make over $40k a yr together have been together bout the same as me nd my boyfrind have been) i JUST got a job a week ago since my bf only makes $200 every 2 weeks working 40 hrs a week, since the rest goes to child support. he has unpaid parking violations that total over $5000 from when he was younger, so if he goes to court, he goes to jail for them. && i also can not call out of work to drive him to NJ for court if it happens anytime soon or ill lose my job(im in training.) i just have no idea what to do. i am completely devestated that she is using these poor kids as pawns to hurt him....its completely unfair & its exactly what my parents did to me nd my brother as kids and it emotionally damaged us, im not gonna lie...what is everyones advice? cuz im compeltely lost on this situation.-Katie
