for all those queenslands a little bit of facts about inglis....
His selection in the Queensland squad (along with teammate Israel Folau) caused some controversy. Inglis was born and raised in Bowraville, New South Wales, and played his first senior football in NSW (in the Arrive Alive Cup). League statistician David Middleton believed that Inglis should be playing for NSW.[12] The matter was resolved when the ARL gave Inglis the green light to play for Queensland, because it ruled that his first senior football was at Wavell High. However, later investigations revealed that Inglis played his first senior game for Newcastle's Hunter Sports High School at the age of 16, and is therefore TECHNICALLY NOT ELIGIBLE TO PLAY FOR QUEENSLAND.
Does this make queesnsland a cheat??

"I consider him a “real” World Number 1, regardless of the fact that the win at the London Candidates wasn’t convincing at all. But that’s a peculiarity of chess: your play can be particularly convincing in tournaments and then once a year you fight for the title of World Champion and the chess world continues to consider you the pretender." - Chess Club Live

Why do people identified as "liberal" (of course they're no liberals in any real sense of the word) feel such overwhelming sympathy towards vile, reactionary and cruel regimes from Hamas and the PA to the Iranian Mullahs, and yet hate Israel, a free, democratic country replete with gay rights, abortion rights, free elections, freedom of the press bordering on the insane, Johnny Walker Black Label sold in mom and pop corner stores and reruns of Seinfeld?

As expected and predicted by all chess pundits and fanatics, world's #1 Magnus Carlsen of Norway has won the FIDE candidates tournament in London and hence the right to challenge Vishy Anand for the most prestigious title of the world champion, in November 2013.
As the boy is still teething and our old tiger is loosing the sharpness of his teeth, the title clash could be expected to be the most exciting one of all time.
This will be Magnus's 1st match for the title and Anand has fought for the title 6 times, 5 of which he brought home!!!
Even GODs fear to face Carlsen on the board and the people on earth claim that this wonder-boy is from another planet as he can "steal water out of a dry stone". I still hope that our world champ, the tiger of Madras "tears his bones and flesh apart" and shows the world that the good old days are not yet done...
