Gala currently have vacancies for Team Assistants and we are looking for people who want a new challenge. No two days at Gala are ever the same and you will need to be excellent with customers, have a brilliant attitude and be able to handle whatever the days brings.
Responsibilities
Providing an excellent level of service to our customers, making sure that they have an excellent Gala Bingo experience
· Working in a range of different areas within the club – including front of house, reception, book sales and bar and diner
· Making sure the club is clean and presentable at all times
Skills, Knowledge and Behaviour
The ideal candidate will already have some customer service experience and will be able to handle anything. You will be experienced in dealing with customers and be flexible and willing to perform various roles that the club have. You will need to be PC literate and have good numerical skills (this may be tested at interview stage).
Additional Information
We open our bingo clubs to suit our customer needs, therefore flexibility towards hours of work is a must in this role. In general, clubs are open from 10am to 11pm and working hours will be within this timeframe.
