I give up trying to finish these challenges the games give us to do. They are not geared for those of us who cannot afford to buy diamonds, or gold, or green cash, or rubies, or whatever form of money making scheme they can come up with. I have so many unfinished challenges that its a shame. Just when you think hey I can make it, I can finish this challenge they throw something else at you that makes it impossible unless you buy the items you need to finish the games. And don't bother complaining in the forums or to the game makers, cause in all honesty they don't give a crap if you can't, all they care abut is how much money they can make off those that can afford to buy the items needed to finish a challenge. I can count on one hand the challenges that I have been able to finish and only because I have friends that have helped me out and have sent me the stuff needed to do them.

What happened to gaming for the fun of it? For challenges that were everyone could could do without having to spend hard earned money on buying items to finish a challenge. When did game makers become so greedy? Have they always been this way? I think back to when I started playing these games and I remember when it was fun and stress free to just come and play without worrying about challenges. I remember when others use to play and help you out with items. Now most just stop playing cause the games have become so stressful they no longer are fun. I say I am not going to do this challenge and for a time I did not. Then I try and bash my head in cause I remember why I stopped playing in the first place.

I use to have fun playing The Sims Social, the first challenges were good, and everyone could finish them. Then they got longer and longer, with less time to complete them. The stages to do them went from 1 through 3 to 4 and 5, and the length of each stage got longer and longer. On top of that the closer you got to complete a section within a stage, the longer that section became. Like lets take the first stage of a challenge, 3 slots, easy right, then the second 5 slots and by the time you get to the 7th section, the slots went from 5 to 10 and some to 15. How is one to finish them all without buying the items needed if one does not have enough friends to send them what they need.

Okay now lets take SimCity Social, love the game, was really gun-ho to play it. The challenges were good ones, was able to complete a few of them. But now they have gotten as bad as The Sims Social, even with the time they give you to finish them, if you don't have enough friends to send you the items you need, or the money to buy the diamonds it takes to buy items you are screwed. I have raced against time to finish them, have even come on to play 2 or 3 times a day, but still I will never finish the challenge cause I don't have the means to do so with. If you don't finish a challenge they say sorry you can still get the final price, it will only cost you so and so amount of diamonds or gold, or dollars. Even though I love to play the games, the thrill of doing the challenges is gone, means nothing to me anymore.

I know I am ranting, but hell why not, I have the right to vent how I feel even if no one reads it. I will have gotten it off my chest and will not have taken it out on anyone in the process, expect my keyboard. LOL
