This Saturday we will be able to get the new codex in, but any of the new minis will have to be placed on back order. Have just been asked a question by Paul Stacey that I'm sure others would like to see the answer to so am making it into it's own post so that it doesn;t get swallowed up by the comments:

I'm afraid not. Games Workshop do not allow stockists to order until the start of the week of release, an account handler has informed us that there were zero (or single digit) stocks of all the affected lines - he says that this came as a surprise to him as much as it has to the rest of us.

I was told by someone else at Games Workshop (another account handler we deal with) that the continental Europeans are permitted to order earlier and that they may have cleared stocks out - at the end of the day I can think of no other explanation for the fact that no one in the UK is getting more than a handful of the most popular Tau plastics this week.

Just to reiterate this impacts all UK stockists - no one is getting more than single digits of stock across the affected lines this week.

If you check Games Workshop's website they have also stopped taking orders for the affected lines.
