Please take time to read and if you can help please think about if this was you and think about what God would want you to do :As many of you are aware, and for those of you who aren't, @ 7 years ago Jason Barley (Jake) was diagnosed with Polycystic kidney disease (PKD).

For those of you who aren't familiar with this disease, it is a genetic disorder characterized by the growth of numerous cysts in the kidneys. When cysts form in the kidneys, they are filled with fluid. PKD cysts can profoundly enlarge the kidneys while replacing much of the normal structure, resulting in reduced kidney function and leading to kidney failure. When PKD causes kidneys to fail the patient requires dialysis or kidney transplantation. About one-half of people with the most common type of PKD progress to kidney failure, also called end-stage renal disease (ESRD).

Jake's kidneys have reached the stage that he is facing dialysis if he does not receive a kidney transplant. At this time we are asking anyone that is willing to donate a kidney to please contact the number below and inform the medical staff that you are calling for information on steps required to donate a kidney to Jason Barley. Safe to say the Full Tilt experiment failed. I never play there personally and never really did tbh. + stars got so much better while tilt was down.
