CALL FOR PARTNERS

We are looking for partners from Armenia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, France, Georgia, Germany, Italy, Moldavia, Poland, Spain, Ukraine, United Kingdom to apply on the next deadline of 1st of May 2013 of the project.

Dates: 23-29.10.2013
Place: Rabka Zdroj, Poland

Participants: The participants (2 per country) should have the following profile: trainers, youth workers, project managers.
Costs: 70% of the travel costs for selected participants are covered by the project, and they will be reimbursed after the project is finished. Participants should cover on their own the remaining 30% of travel cost. Costs for board, accommodation and training are fully covered by the organizers. Visa costs are 100% covered too. Participants will be also insured.

Summury:

Training course called MediaPloyment brings together to Rabka-Zdrój, Poland between 23rd to 29th of October 2013, 24 experienced youth leaders, trainers, youth workers, project managers from Armenia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, France, Georgia, Germany, Italy, Moldavia, Poland, Spain, Ukraine, United Kingdom . The main aim is to raise visibility and awareness of Youth in Action program opportunities for co-operation between EU and EECA countries in order to enhanced understanding how social media could be useful tool for youth in finding employment and increase awareness of danger which comes with it. Social media refers to websites, technology, applications or tools that allow online sharing of information, and encourage interaction between individuals via the internet. Some of these tools focus on building online communities or networks, and they can also be used to facilitate finding job vacancies, getting advice and guidance to help in the job search. By using non-formal education methods and organizing a meeting with a specialist we will try to emphasize to young people how to take advantage of websites they use every day not only in order to have fun but also advance their careers and for entrepreneurial activities, bearing in mind the indication of the hazards awaiting them such as cyber- bullying. Pax will be involved in different activities through the methodology of non formal education, with methods that will include round tables, group discussions, simulation, theatre, roleplay, presentations, and anything that can stimulate their participation and creativity. Moreover the time which participants will spend together will either be opportunity to build a network among organizations active in the youth field.
The acquisition of such competences will be useful for young people to apply it in their life and work, especially in a period in which unemployment has reached incredibly high numbers in several European countries. The promotion of a tool like the Youthpass, to recognize these competences, will also be a key point. The result of this Training Course will be the production of useful manual about the themes above mentioned which will be useful tool not only for youth leaders but also youngsters searching for the tips how effectively find a job using social media.

APRIL 4, 2013 UPDATE

For those with private vehicles:

Map going to Cavinti Underground River and Caves Complex.

1. Go directly to Municipal Bldg (on weekdays) or at Bumbungan Ecopark (on weekends & holidays) for Registration and/or securing your Visitors Entry Permit, valid ID required for verification. NO PERMIT, NO ENTRY to the caves.

2. Go back to the Brgy. Lumot Entry point to Cavinti Caves. You can hire a jeepney for 2500 or 100/pax roundtrip. Only 4-wheel drive vehicles, single motorcycles and other big-engine vehicles can pass through the dirt road going to the Caves Complex. Expect to trek for about 2kms to the campsite entrance to the Caves.

3. Surrender your permit to the personnel assigned at the Caves Entrance, sign again for registration, and you will be assigned a tour guide who will brief you before entering the caves.

A planned Tourism Satellite Office will soon be placed in Brgy. Lumot at Entry Point Dirt Road to Cavinti Caves.

The first edition of the BEAT-DAY Festival, which is the birthday celebration of DJ Packo Gualandris, took place in 2005. In the years that followed, it became one of the most popular events for all kinds of electronic dance music in the southern region of Luxembourg.

Phantasy Star Online 2 boasted some impressive user numbers late last year, but that's apparently not enough to keep the title from being delayed in the West.

Publisher Sega "can officially confirm that PSO2 has been delayed," according to Polygon. The game was originally given an early 2013 North American launch window. Sega says that it does not have "any specifics but will update everyone as soon as there are more details to share."

Phantasy Star Online 2 has been playable for over a year, and was even showcased at PAX Prime 2012.
