What should be done with the lab screw up. For them to put anyone through the thought of losing a transplant or it going in rejection because of someone writing the wrong number or dining the test wrong this is something that should not happen. I'm out two days the hospital gasses stress everything that goes through your head as of why this could happen. Something should. happen to the person responsible for this. Riders are hosting Poker Run to raise money to get a Homeless Veteran off the streets. Registration starts at 9am kick stands up at 11am. Entry fee $20.00 person/$30.00 couple. includes Poker hand and event shirt to first 100. Best hand wins!!!!!! There will be 50/50's raffles and much more! Last bike in at Amvets in Herculaneum by 5pm. Music 6pm - 10pm by Wild Country Band. Door prizes!

After talking my older, much wiser poker players, I realize I made a very poor decision that coulda cost me alot today.... heres my story friends. Im on my bike, headed to work. I get off 95 at Eau Gallie exit. As im headed down Eau Gallie, a pick up truck pulling a trailor, darts across 2 lanes and comes as close as you can to hitting me , without hitting me. I locked up brakes, and was very close to laying my bike down. Fucking pissed..... and to my luck, the light turns red. I pull up behind the truck and put in nuetral.... heres where the poor decision takes place.... I climb off my bike, and in my heart theres no way this will not end in me smashing someones face. As i walk up to the drivers side, the window goes down. Its a guy prob in his mid to late 40s. He puts his hand up, and says "Im soooo sorry.... I swear to god I didnt see you, and im sorry. I just starred at him a few seconds, shook my head and walked back to my bike. This coulda ended much worse as either I coulda wound up in jail, and sued, or possibly shot. I guess someone was looking over me today in more ways than 1.

Saturday Nanc informed me we had a free room at the Gold Mine Motel in Cripple Creek and "WE ARE GOING SUNDAY!!! In view of our history over the past couple of years I was less than excited but did cave in and agree.
I played a few slots with no luck, same with Nanc. She suggested I play Texas Hold'em. I found a seat at a 2/10 table. After 30 minutes I hadn't received a playable hand then got pocket A's. Obviously I raised the bet....the flop saw another A....I bet again, 4th street nothing then the river brought another A. I bet 10.00 and no callers. Since everyone dropped out I was going to just throw in my pocket A's face down....BUT I was so proud I flipped them up for the rest of the table to see. Good thing I did. Not only did I win a fairly substantial pot I also won 258.71 for having four aces! Lady luck was with me and I walked away cashing out 365.00 plus the 258.71.
About that time Nancy called on my cell as asked if I could come to where she was. I did....she was playing a multiple deck .25 video poker machine...hit four aces on all the decks she was playing....$1500.00 winner. Of course we gave some of it back but this morning, after breakfast I sat down at a blackjack table and played heads up with the dealer. Think in a matter of 10-15 minutes I lost one had and pushed 4 or 5 others....the rest I won. Started with 80.00, walked away with 385.00. All in all a pretty good day at "The Creek".........BUT WE WERE DUE; it has been a long dry spell and this doesn't even come close to what we have contributed over the past few months.
