Okay, so if Ender's Game sucks, can we please please please use the IP to finally make a well written video game for young adults? And regular adults?

Seriously, this is a complete no brainer. One part exploration/adventure game, one part First Person 3D squad based tactical shooter, one part 3d RTS ala homeworld, and one part adventure RPG (for the in between bits).

And the ending? Experiencing betrayal vicariously is one thing, but playing a game makes you complicit. Think about how playing through Spec Ops:The Line worked, and apply the same theory to Ender's Game. That would be brillant.

Bioware, you aren't allowed to make it. Or EA. Bring back Eidos for this one.

That "Hobbit" game that you see advertised everywhere for the iPad or iPhone or whatever you want to play it on. A month or so ago I downloaded it just to see what it was like... I definitely don't recommend it. It's like Age of Empires, but minus the fun. Mostly because they're trying to get money out of you any way they can, "Hey, give us five bucks, and we'll give you a few tokens to but stuff like items that can take hours off of the time it takes to build things for your city!" ...HOURS!! Literally, I wanna upgrade my barracks and it's all, "Oh, alright, I'll get to it. Just see me about it tomorrow." Nothing should take that long in a game like this. And you can't even fight anyone until an entire week after you start playing. (I didn't make it that far, so I cant speak for how the combat works, but I'll wager it's bland and dull and just gives you a report of what happened after the HOURS it takes for your troops to return.) Stick to the movies LOTR.
