I have to tell all of you something that is very important in reference to the “gay marriage” issue. Many of you know that I am a pastor. I will tell you right now that there will be dire consequences if the Supreme Court makes “gay marriage” legal. #1 – Anyone who speaks out against “gay marriage” will be accused of “HATE SPEECH”. #2 – Any preacher who refuses to marry a “gay couple” will be accused of a “HATE CRIME”.
The result of such a stupid decision, should the Supreme Court rule in favor of “gay marriage”, will result in people like me being arrested. Well – I am publicly stating, here and now, I WILL NOT MARRY A GAY COUPLE!
I will not violate God’s Word in such an intentional manner! God created man and woman. God says marriage is between a man and a woman and in fact performed the first marriage in the Garden of Eden. God also says that for “a man to lie with another man is an abomination unto God”. Jesus clearly affirmed that marriage was between a man and a woman as well.
Yes, I too have heard many folks try to twist what the scriptures actually say, I have heard it all – but they are wrong! They are trying to do something that all of us do from time to time, and that is to try and justify our sinful behavior.
Let me also make it very clear – I do not “hate” anyone who is in that lifestyle that they have chosen for themselves (yes – chosen)! We are ALL sinners who need the salvation from sin that God provides thru His Son Jesus Christ. And we can be saved from the consequences of sin by believing in Jesus by faith and repenting of a sinful lifestyle. “Repent, for the Kingdom of God is at hand” – said Jesus. Repent = to turn away from, abandon, walk away from. None of us are free from sin – but with Jesus as Savior and Lord of our lives we are no longer slaves to that sin in our life. We are ALL tempted, And we ALL stumble and fall and do things to sin against God – but again – we are not slaves to it!
For those who will want to paint me as a “hater” – you couldn’t be farther from the truth! I love you and all others enough to declare to all our sinful nature – and to all our need of Jesus in our lives. I am a sinner too, saved only by God’s grace through faith in Jesus as my Savior! I have been rescued by Jesus because I believe in Him and gave my heart and my life to Him!

I hope this makes sense to all of you! My heart is pure and out of love for God I WILL NOT intentionally do anything against Him and His expressed will in the Scriptures!

Lesley asks " I just had a non contrast MRI on my brain that showed one lesion. My current symptoms are: tingling of my head and some numbness in my lips, severe pain in calves and heels that at times that makes me unable to walk. pins and needles in feet and legs that comes and goes. At night I wake up with my body vibrating like a buzz running from head to toes.This also happens during the day. sometimes I get a feeling of pins being poked in me. I have sweats and pain behind my eyes like I need to take them out and massage them. My sense of balance is way off, I fall over when standing with my eyes closed. I also can't walk on my heels even if they are not hurting. I have to hold onto walls to put on shoes because I will fall over. Sometimes I get so over tired that I must go to sleep. When I walk I slap my left foot. I also have chronic pain. Over the years I have been treated for back problems; I had an operation that did not correct the problem of back spasms. I am unsure what to do. A few years ago my doctor did mention MS and only when I told her about the tingling did she order a non contrast MRI of my brain. I have seen a nero but he dismissed me completely. Do anyone have any suggestions? Thanks so much and sorry this was long."
