Got an email this morning from a client who ordered & received their segment back on 2/18/13. They were inquiring why the download link wasn't opening for them. This was a first time customer who was not only informed over the phone when purchasing the clip what the procedure was, but also received this in the email from production when we delivered the download link to them 7 weeks ago:

Below is the download link to the segment(s) you requested. Simply click on the link, choose “download” when prompted, then “save as” and the file will begin saving to your hard drive. Please be aware that this link will only be active for 5 days after the receipt of this email and that your file must be downloaded within that 5 day period. After that, the link will expire and there will be a charge for reuploading the segment(s). If you have any difficulties with the download of the segment(s), please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve any downloading issues.
Also note that Media Watch AZ provides its services for internal research purposes only. Any public re-broadcasting of news segment may be in violation of copyright laws without the express written permission from the copyright holder.
We do everything short of going to the clients office & downloading the clip for them to assure that this kind of thing doesn't happen (often). I don't know what else we could possibly do. Happy Friday!

Yesterday, our babies met their Aunt Ranee, Uncle Jim, and cousins Shaylee and Alex. They also got to see their Sawinski grandparents again. We all had a nice visit! Will try to download photos later today or tomorrow! And on another note, both babies slept...not in our bed...all night with exception to their midnight, 3:00am. and 6:30am feeds!
