The discrepancies found in this small sample of polling stations when extrapolated to reflect all 33,000 plus counties prove beyond a reasonable doubt there was rigging in the March 4, 2013 elections therefore the bogus results announced by the obviously compromised IEBC that Uhuru won when he, in fact, did not win at all or even come close must be nullified by the Supreme Court tomorrow and we are confident that will be the case.

The Court will, of course, reject IEBC's lame argument that the discrepancies were "insignificant clerical errors;" far from it. These were deliberate, calculated and intentional manipulation of results otherwise known as "cooking the numbers" the mandarins at IEBC committed in violation of law, which cannot be allowed to stand other than in a corrupt court and our Supreme Court is not corrupt at all.

When taken together with all other evidence adduced at trial of widespread and systemic irregularities and anomalies, there shall be but one outcome in this case and that's the nullification of the bogus results that the results announced by the obviously compromised IEBC that Uhuru won when he, in fact, did not win or even come close.

We are confident the Supreme Court will find and so rule tomorrow.

The debate over the legally of gay marriage escapes me and saddens me. These are HUMAN LIVES we are messing with. These are people just like you and me who are denied a basic right to marry who they want. It cause me heartbreak when I see friends who are decent people putting up things to show their support for the anti-gay movement and wonder how they can be so hateful in this subject. None of them are hateful people but there is something seriously wrong with wanting your fellow brothers and sisters to live in pain and sorrow. Maybe we forget that these are people, maybe that is why it is so easy to be against equal rights. I understand the debate within theology, but when it comes to legal matters, I have never heard a real argument against homosexual marriage. It is all emotion and religious arguments I hear and that is fine for theology but not when it comes to the state. Please, I just ask that you remember that you are interfering and denying your brothers and sisters, their rights as citizens of a free nation and basic human rights. I may like to argue about things, but when it comes to this, I hate to argue it, because this isn't some theoretical thing, like economics, this is real. How can we call this a great or moral country if we refuse to recognize the rights of certain groups in our population?

Good afternoon Americans going off of my last status a lot of you are so worried about what the media and Obama will make this out to look like. WTF who cares what they make it out to be?
