I realize that everyone is growing tired with the barrage of gun control postings on FB, but I am really bothered by the fact that while the vast majority of gun murders in this country are committed by urban thugs with handguns, the government is choosing to go after so-called assault weapons. The legislators leading the charge for an assault weapons ban have publicly acknowledged that their suggested laws won't do much of anything to reduce our murder rate, but they see the opportunity to use the widespread fear and disgust over the Newtown murders as an opportunity to win a battle in their war on guns. My experiences with ARs, AKs, and the other assault weapons indicates that most of them are in the hands of middle class gun enthusiasts who enjoy a cool toy to play with. These weapons aren't cheap to buy, maintain, or shoot (they consume a lot of expensive ammo). We should all be wondering why the government wants to take these guns from the middle class while doing little to disarm the urban poor slaughtering one another.

I'm from FET F11(female).I'm using Facebook since 2010. I got admission in IIUI in Fall 2011. I liked some of the IIUI Pages and started commenting and liking but I was much surprised. Why do children's textbooks sometimes make math into magic by not explaining how a method for finding an answer works? Oh dividing by 10? Just move the decimal to the left by one. No explanation that you are also moving the decimal on the 10 one to the left essentially making every problem into an new one where the divisor is 1. Not explaining the little things now makes higher mathematics more difficult later.

Jills most recent post, this was from April 3rd...

Its been far to long since my last post. So many things have changed. It seems like all of the sudden he just took off and we have been so busy. Well, looking back at my last few posts he was just starting to eat, talk, and sit up. Now he eats everything constantly! He never stops talking!! And has this horrible snort when he laughs!! (It's precious!!!). He's showering and dressing himself with minimal help. Brushes his own hair and teeth. Feeds himself. He can read and spell, knows math better then before his accident. He's got his personality back, everything is just in slow motion. He has gotten he's feeding tube taken out, his braces off. He is progressing much faster then ever expected!!! We are all so happy for him. He's working very hard!! We all are so proud!!
