Its Cuban Cigar night on the balcony . I hear the reef but no full moon so I trust that its there cause I hear waves crashing against the rocks . I need a good dog to tilt his head sideways and make me laugh .

Very proud of Leo for his advances in recall! 15 minutes off leash in the hay field behind my property and not once did he hesitate in running full tilt back to me! Shisa was an angel as usual, if a hyper one!

WOD: Today hit me like a box of bricks, I was running from point A to B to C to D all day and I still got 45 minutes of cardio in and a screaming back & triceps session in with my trainer! I am now on my own for the next 3 weeks to prove I can and I will rock this! What type of workouts and activities did you fit into your day? (C)

Dinner long since past... Tired and chillin. Timmy fell asleep on the floor, connect four pieces left out, Mary upstairs doing homework, Bobby, nice and showered getting ready to head to the store and then pick up KC from work. KC left school and is working until 10 tonight, working hard and earning that pay check. I've been sitting here for the last hour listening to the most amazing sounds from upstairs. Wesley is playing his guitar and singing to the top of his lungs (proud of that boy).. Becca and Brenna, doing it full tilt in the real world... Marissa, like KC, still in twelfth grade and working more than 20 hours a week. And then there is Slater... Yep, the boy doing what he does... Amazing at everything... Yeah, I'm pretty blessed..(proud of all my youngens!). God is good and greatly to be praised!
