Well, I guess I'm going to sound like a sore looser, but it is unfortunate that the officials let this game determine the lose for OSU. I have not seen so many missed foul calls for a long time. Maybe since I played in the Rec. League back in 6th grade. But all of this uncalled contact I feel defeated our Buckeyes. I know that some people like it when basketball gets physical, but it is not the way the game is suppose to be played, or the rules read. It would be like an umpire in baseball that changes the strike zone to the favor of how one picture throws compared to the other. The rule are the rule, and the refs should do their best to be consistent. They "let them play" tonight and it definitely favored the smaller more physical team tonight. Here is my prediction - The Shockers loose and badly their next game, when the rules by a different official group calls the game. This game was an insult to anyone that believes basketball is suppose to be a finesse game and not a hackers paradise. It's been a long time since I have seen such a bad game, 6th grade.

When you look into the rearview mirror to back out of your space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window. So, you stop and jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructing your view.

When you reach the back of your car, that is when the car-jackers appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off.

They practically run you over as they speed off in your car.

Well it looks like another knee scope in 6 months followed by radiation, to slow down the senovitis, evidently, the progression, is getting faster. Joint is still in tact and little to no play, it just locks up, alot. I find this post food for thought. Personally been thinking for quite awhile that HERDA is indeed manmade because people breed flavor of the month bloodlines over and over again. Look at your pleasure horses and try to find one that isn't Zippo Pine Bar bred - few and far between. I was taught that you should outcross to keep the vigor and strength and soundness in your horses. Ditto for PSSM and to some extent HYPP although time has aided this dilution.

Anyone looking at this 5 panel testing as a Money Grab for AQHA and of course APHA will copy whatever AQHA does. If you look back at testing only for DNA there were so many being registered and also backwards DNA testing there was no way for any lab to complete all of those tests. Same way with just the yearly registration of foals. The reason AQHA and APHA made rules that the testing belonged to them and could not be called to be used in a court of law was ..... the DNA TEST DID NOT EXIST ... they used statistical probability sampling just like drug and manufacturing companies do to decide how many to actually test and just rubber stamp the remainder. There are 100,000 to 125,000 new AQHA foals registered each year .... 52 weeks/yr x 5/working days = 260 days = 450 tests needs to be completed each day if the testing was actually done and then an owner should be able to receive a certified copy of the results of that test as a normal routine as a lifetime record on their horse. AND as was suggested in another post ... a copy sent to AQHA for their records and not as sole owner of that information//test.

The question is .... WHY IS EVERYONE ACCEPTING THE 5 PANEL TESTS AS A NEEDED SITUATION??

WHERE IS THE DATA OF HOW MANY HORSES ARE AFFECTED BY ANY OF THESE SO CALLED DISEASES EACH YEAR TO WARRANT THIS KIND OF EXPENSE TO THE HORSE OWNER??
At $105/5panel test x 125,000 horses/year ... we are talking over $13 MILLION $$$'S .... which is a tripling affect over the vague DNA TESTS they were doing .... JUST FOLLOW THE MONEY ... (Imagine people from the university and AQHA sitting at an old fashioned poker table with lots of cigar smoke in a backroom splitting up all the money you paid in for these unnecessary tests.)

AQHA and USCD are playing everyone like a fiddle ... there is no outbreak of any of these diseases and more than likely there are less than 10 of each category per year ... look at mad cow disease ... only 7 cows have ever been tested positive for it in the USA and Canada... then the tick testing the past 3-4 years from less than 20 horses in west texas and half of those were verified to have come in from Mexico illegally.

HYPP was a man made gene screwup by overloading poor old Impressive with steroids and muscle builders and as you have noticed ... the count of HYPP has disappeared with each generation of horses. They put the trainers and owners responsible in the AQHA HALL OF FAME ... LOL.

HERDA was invented by testing only 7 swamp rat horses from Louisiana and Mississippi that is known for rain scald and not a genetic disease. They blamed that one on poor old Poco Bueno ... He only sired 405 foals and died in 1969 ... folks that is 40+ years ago ... so what % of registered horses could even possibly be connected to Poco Bueno and what small % or number tested positive for HERDA or having a Poco Bueno gene in the past 5 years ... lol... Look at your pedigrees and determine how far back you find Poco Bueno .... (I have smile at the idiots we find anywhere we look ... Wikipedia ... sez that his name means "pretty good" in Spanish ... anyone that has been around cutters for any length of time knows it has been a standing joke that Poco Bueno .. means LITTLE GOOD ....

I AM INCLINED TO BELIEVE THAT AQHA IS GIVING US A DOSE OF OBAMACARE DOWN IN OUR BARNS ... lol..
