FBC Dallas gets a 130 million dollar facelift for 3000 seat worship facility. I watched their promotional video. It boasts of state of the art technology and design. IMAX quality video projection. I must say, it creepped me out. That is a lot of money. It just seems like a lot of money spent on self comfort. I know I'm probably wrong for that, but as a pastor who has always served in areas where there were limited resources for ministry, much less luxury, I could have pointed to some places where their money could have made an eternal impact. And to answer the question in your mind: "No, I'm not jealous. I love where I am." I would not trade for one second. I love being in a place where every available dollar is spent trying to impact the lives of the community where we live....just saying.
