I have been having some really bad lows for days at a time to the point where I don't get out of bed or eat. I have been dealing with these episodes since I was 15 and I am now 25. I have not been diagnosed with anything yet but my family doctor thinks it's a combination of bipolar, depression, anxiety and ptsd but I will not find out until the 23rd of this month. I will go through periods where I experience bursts of energy for maybe 2 days and then slip back into a depression, it feels like my brain is constantly going and I can't slow it down. I have insomnia on top of all of this and I have an 8 month old that I have to take care of but sometimes I feel so hopeless that I can't get out of bed. My question is, I was wondering if there were any ways to cope with this until I see the doctor at the end of the month? Any help would be appreciated and no negative comments please. Thanks!
