and who do u think shouldve made the top 25 that didnt? For me ( although i didnt see many entries ) would be - nobe, -bdice, -Fate, -shizzy, -cryptic wisdom and -mc fox ( hahahaha jks not him )

To most readers the word 'fiction' is an utter fraud. They are entirely convinced that each character has an exact counterpart in real life and that any small discrepancy with that counterpart is a simple error on the author's part. Consequently, they are totally at a loss if anything essential is altered. Make Abraham Lincoln a dentist, put the Gettysburg Address on his tongue, and nobody will recognize it.

It would seem we did a fine job of wrecking the institution of marriage long before the gay marriage issue came up. Look at our divorce rates. Look at the number of single parents. The physical, mental, and sexual abuse that occurs in homes of heterosexual couples. The numbers in the church aren't really any better. The problem isn't gay marriage people!

I don't know if I've ever said, but I strongly dislike Lincoln, and more I strongly dislike the propagandist view of Lincoln that permeates history. He was not the just saviour of the Union, and great emancipator; he was a hypocrite and an oppressor and a tyrant.

Abraham Lincoln used military force to maintain his government, he ruled by presidential decree, he suspended habeas corpus, he suspended government elections, he nationalised banking, taxed without consent, drafted men to fight their brothers in a war nobody wanted, and believed the white man was inherently superior to the black man.

Lincoln was no damn hero.

I posted something not too long ago about dictators and gun control. I have yet to find any citations that Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini or Mao having instituted gun control in their countries. I mean -factual sources with the laws passed by each dictator. The only thing I could actually find was an amendment in 1938 by the Nazis that loosened gun control for the Germans but disarmed the Jews. Most armies will disarm their enemies. So disarmament of these nations are simply myths and used as untrue propaganda. It seems to work though, because alot of smart people use the argument. Too bad they are smart but lazy.

Here's one I wasn't able to get a photo of just yet... I found his stone under about 8 inches of dirt and it got dark before I could complete the uncovering....

His name is GEORGE W. MCLEARN. He was killed in the Battle of Gettysburg. Can anyone dig anything up on him and I promise that as soon as I am done digging his stone up, I will be sure to post a photo :)

As Christians we are to hate the sin, not the sinner… Christians should stand firmly against the idea of gay marriage/same-sex marriage… It doesn’t mean that we “Hate” or even dislike those who have made this lifestyle choice, but to give sanction to gay marriage/same-sex marriage would be to give approval to the homosexual lifestyle, which the Bible clearly and consistently condemns as sinful…. As Christians, we are not to condone or ignore sin… Rather, we are to share the love of God and the forgiveness of sins that is available to all, including homosexuals, through Jesus Christ… One does not have to be an evangelical Christian to recognize that marriage is between a man and a woman for the expression of Godly love and the creation of children...According to the Bible, marriage is ordained by God to be between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:21-24; Matthew 19:4-6). Gay marriage/same-sex marriage is a perversion of the institution of marriage and an offense to the God who created marriage… We are to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15) and contend for truth with “gentleness and respect” (1 Peter 3:15)… As Christians, when we make a stand for truth and the result is personal attacks, insults, and persecution, we should remember the words of Jesus: “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you” (John 15:18-19)…So hate me if you must, I consider myself in pretty good company… As one who believes in Jesus… I do not have to make decisions about abortion…same sex marriage…or whether transgender is the next option… To argue about these things would mean I have to defend God… but He does that without me quite well…Yes, we will all someday know when we die or this world ends… But I choose to stand by His Word… as it is the only answer for this fallen and broken world...
