LEVEL OVERVIEW
Knowledge of modern test methodologies, Demonstrates the ability to analyze a problem and complete
detailed reports. Able to methodically produce the steps which exhibit bugs in the product and be able to
reproduce and communicate these steps. Shows initiative in gaining in-depth experience in areas of
technology relevant to testing of company products. Shows initiative in gaining theoretical knowledge in
software testing. Works well in a team environment and alone. Has ability to adapt to the changing needs
of a project and ability to meet deadlines.
Requires a Bachelors degree and 3-4 years of progressive experience in Quality Analyst/Software Testing
using specialized Tools (QTP) or any combination of pertinent education and experience.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Tests software releases during the product development.
•Reports test results and enter problems and issues into the bug database. Monitors
and updates bug reports as needed including bug report closure.
•Configures necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete
assigned testing.
•Provides technical expertise on specific products, operating systems and specialized
environments.
•Writes or assists in the development of test plans and test procedures.
•Completes assigned test-related tasks.
•Assists in review of test processes as they are developed.
• Performs specialized programming tasks requiring a high degree of technical proficiency in specialized
areas.
• Prepares customer user manuals and training materials. Participates in user training and provides advice
on operational issues.

• Vast experience in manual testing and defect tracking using HP Quality Center.
• Analyzing requirements, writing and executing test cases for Regression and System testing with
complete SDLC.
• Well conversant with testing methodologies like Black Box Testing, Exploratory testing, System
Testing, Regression testing & Smoke testing.
• Testing experience of Web-based applications as well as client server applications.
• Additional to have experience with Clarify AMDOCS and Load Runner.
• Reporting test results and test status independently.

Why do americans have fantasies about foreign government....many of them dont even know how government works or what socialism or communism is and they want the president to change something. But then when he actually tries to change something, those stupid herd of "people of the country" are "concerned" about their country's destiny when they are just angry at nothing. Its like puberty again. Teenagers are mad at everything and they think they know much but thats mostly not true. The country cannot do anything with at least somebody disagreeing at everything. America must change. Education and services such as hospitals, roads, and airports should be regulated by the government with educated personals and the right-minded people. Doing this does not take away any rights for most of the citizens and non citizens. If people cannot make the right decision, then someone smarter with more experience should do it for them. A baby need parents and mentors to mentally grow and mature. Votes shall still be present, but in a smaller scale such as a city or a county. Socialism is not evil. There are still some rights for the people. The reason why America cant be any better now is because of those people with fantasies about any other governing systems beside their own. And because they vote not to change, America keeps running in circles. It looks tiring, and it does excercise them, but the runner will not change their position any more than the diameter of the circle. This is bad. If you americans want to get better, change. Be better. Do the best thing you can do.
